COMBI Series 7 (Trust 37) registration

On 16 May 2011 Liontamer registered a Prospectus and Supplemental Deed in respect of COMBI Series 7 (Trust 37) with the Registrar of Financial Service Providers via the Companies Office.

Copies of the documents are available online at the Companies Office website www.business.govt.nz/companies by searching the “Other Registers” file against the name of Liontamer or against the reference number 1871430.
Please note, Liontamer will not accept applications or subscriptions for Units or allot any Units under the Investment Statement (once available) or Prospectus for Trust 37 prior to 24 May 2011 (being the close of five working days after the date the Prospectus was registered) or such other time as specified by the Financial Markets Authority.
